Karün is going through a major internationalization process, we are growing from Latam to Europe and USA, due to a contract with one of the major optics in the world. In this context, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist, to join our Global Marketing team.
Main responsibilities include assess, coordinate and manage our digital marketing plan in order to optimize our brand positioning in digital media and help us to enhance our direct to consumer strategy.

• Plan and execute digital campaigns in coordination with every Market (Latam, USA, Europe)
• Overseeing the planning and execution of SEO/SEM marketing strategies
• Manage Ads platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tag Manager, Search Console) optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns
• Understanding of how to use data and insights to make relevant marketing and business decisions, utilising web and app analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with di?erent media agencies in all markets.
• Permanent research and benchmark in Social Media trends. Will work closely with community manager.
• Define and control budget for digital marketing area.
• Establish digital benchmarks of success for each programme/campaign and execute to meet or exceed those benchmarks.
• Report on campaign performance, including accurate and actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate and work closely with internal clients (Marketing Teams, eCommerce Manager, CX, etc) to execute and leverage a coherent strategy between digital e?orts and the rest of the media planning.
• Work with our front-end team to build out and optimize conversion flow, funnel, dedicated landing pages, and other assets to improve conversion rates
• Increase the inbound leads by proposing and executing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture demand
• Think outside of the box and find hacks to sustainably and cost-e?ectively grow our reach and lower CAC
• Create dashboards to monitor performance and guide optimization decisions.

Perfil buscado
• Demonstrable experience creating successful campaigns across paid search, email and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
• A strong understanding of SEO, SEM, eCRM, UX and Social Media best practices
• Ability to brief and manage media and digital agencies to achieve deliverables
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the current and new realities of digital and social platforms
• Have a “test & learn” mindset with the mentality to continually assess KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Savvy and active user of social media across multiple platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snap, YouTube, etc.
• Strong understanding of digital media and social media landscape
• At least 3 years experience in marketing analytics
• Disciplines: Business Administration Marketing, Advertising
• Certifications: Google Ads., IMS, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint others.
• Highly analytic
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous work experiences in Advertising and Media Agencies.
• Close experience and/or knowledge of the USA Market.
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
