Note that Popular Power is currently marketing its solution primarily Latin America. Location in or proximity to this market is prefferable for this role.

What you'll do
Provide direct support to customers, helping them troubleshoot issues and ensuring a seamless experience with our platform. You'll become their trusted solar expert and advisor, guiding them to maximize the value of their solar energy systems.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Success, and more) to understand customers needs, discover new features, testing MVPs and deploy innovative solutions.
Analyze recurring issues to enhance the user experience and contribute to the ongoing development of our software. You'll conduct both qualitative and quantitative analyses to gather insights, driving decisions in our data-driven company.
Who you are / what we’re looking for

Strong communication skills and the ability to work across different teams
Data driven decision making, comfortable with manipulating data sets
Spanish and English professional working proficiency
